Smoking and Drinking: Smoking and consumption of alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited during the trek. Violation of this policy may lead to expulsion from the trek without a refund.
Guidelines by the Volunteer : Participants are required to follow the guidelines provided by the trek leader and any accompanying volunteers. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in disciplinary action.
Changes and Cancellations : Trek Leaders Reserves the right to change the itinerary or cancel the trek due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or other factors that may jeopardize the safety of participants.Participants will be notified of any changes or cancellations as soon as possible.
Health : Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit for the trek. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed to Team before the trek. Team is not liable for any health issues or injuries sustained during the trek.
