Carry 2–3 liters water, trekking shoes with good grip, rainwear/poncho, torch with extra batteries, snacks or energy bars, electrolytes (ORS/Glucon-D), personal medication, identity proof, and wear full-sleeves & track pants for protection.
Yes, basic first aid will be available with the trek leader. However, participants must carry their personal medicines and inform the team of any medical conditions before the trek.
Follow the trek leader’s instructions at all times, avoid risky spots near the cliff edges, maintain group discipline, and do not litter. Smoking, alcohol, and drugs are strictly prohibited. Adventure activities are at your own risk, and participants must respect nature and safety guidelines throughout the trek.
