  • 50% refund if cancelled 4–7 days before the event

  • ❌ Tickets are non-transferable to another date/person

  • 🌧️ In case of event cancellation, only the trek amount will be refunded

    • Damaging tents or gear

  • 🎵 No loud music inside tents or homestays

  • 🕰️ Punctuality is critical – latecomers may miss the bus and will not be refunded
