  • Follow the instructions given by the trek leaders and guides.
  • Avoid wearing valuables, ornaments, or jewelry.
  • Do not carry unnecessary items.
  • Respect nature, local culture, and the environment.
  • Carry your waste back to the city and dispose of it properly.
  • The decision of the trek leader will be final and binding.

What is the refund policy in case of cancellations?

In case of unavoidable conditions (natural disasters, policy changes, etc.), trek fees will be refunded except for nominal expenses already incurred.

The last date for registration is 10 August 2024. Insurance coverage is available exclusively to those who book their seat before Friday 11:00 PM.
